Shipping

The Gift Pod Boutique's standard shipping option is USPS, which will be processed within 24 business hours of receipt.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive unless requested otherwise. If monogramming/personalization is requested, your order will be shipped after production based on the shipping method chosen.

Orders requesting one or two day air will be processed as soon as time permits. All orders requesting overnight service or 2 business days must be ordered before 12:00pm (Central Time) of that same day to be shipped that day. We currently can only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Orders places after 12:00pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.

For our local customers, we do offer an in store pick up option. Please contact us if you are wanting to do an in store pick up.

 

 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit under the guidelines below.


In-Store Purchases

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchange or store credit only — no refunds.

  Original shipping fees are non refundable”

Online Orders

Customers must notify us of a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
