Where are you located, and what are your store hours?

The Gift Pod Boutique is located at 624 Lafayette St, STE C-3 in Youngsville, LA.

Our store hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday from 10:00am - 5:00pm, and Sundays only in November and December from 12:00pm - 5:00pm.

You can also shop online 24/7!

What services do you provide to your customers?

The Gift Pod Boutique strives to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. We offer complimentary in-store gift wrapping, gift certificates, monogramming, and USPS shipping, including items purchased in-store to help make gifting a breeze.  We also provide online shopping with in-store pickup!

Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you monogram items not purchased in your store?

We are happy to monogram any item, either brought in or purchased in our store. We have many fonts and colors to choose from, so your options are endless!

What is your turnaround time for monogramming?

We are delighted to monogram or vinyl gifts that allow for this service. Please know that our turnaround time for this service will take approximately five (5) business days, but on some occasions, we may have your item completed sooner!

What is your return policy?

With your receipt, merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within (14) days of purchase with tags attached and in original condition. No exceptions allowed.

We apologize, but we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for any monogrammed, personalized or special order items. Also, all sales are a FINAL SALE  on seasonal and sale items. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify The Gift Pod Boutique within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt so that we may replace it.

You can make exchanges at our store or send us an email at giftpodstore@gmail.com letting us know you would like to receive store credit or exchange your item and we will gladly help you.

What is your online purchase policy?

When placing an order online for in-store pickup, you have 30 days from when your order is ready to pick it up. After the 30 days, your items will be returned to the sales floor, and you will be refunded.

What forms of payment do you accept?

In the store, we accept The Gift Pod Boutique Gift Cards, cash, checks, and all major credit cards. While online, we accept The Gift Pod Boutique gift certificates, all major credits cards, and PayPal.
