With your receipt, we will provide a full refund (less shipping) within ten (10) days, otherwise you will receive a store credit. We apologize, but we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for any monogrammed, personalized or special order items. Also, all sales are final on seasonal and sale items. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please notify The Gift Pod Boutique within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt so that we may replace it. You can make returns at our store or send us an email at email@example.com letting us know you would like to return or exchange your item and we will gladly help you.
The Gift Pod Boutique's standard shipping option is USPS, which will be processed within 24 business hours of receipt.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive unless requested otherwise. If monogramming/ personalization is requested, your order will be shipped after production based on the shipping method chosen.
Orders requesting one or two day air will be processed as soon as time permits. All orders requesting overnight service or 2 business days must be ordered before 12:00pm (Central Time) of that same day to be shipped that day. We currently can only ship to the 48 contiguous states.
Orders places after 12:00pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
For our local customers, we do offer an in store pick up option. Please contact us if you are wanting to do an in store pick up.
